The Regulator: Emotional Regulation and Anger Management Workshop

The Regulator: Emotional Regulation and Anger Management Workshop
Anger is not the problem. It is what happens when the nervous system has run out of room.
Most anger management programs teach you to suppress, redirect, or manage what you feel. The Regulator takes a different approach. We teach you to understand what is actually happening in your body when anger shows up, so you can respond with intention instead of reacting from overwhelm.
This is not about becoming passive. It is about becoming regulated. There is a real difference between someone who suppresses their anger and someone who knows what to do with it.
What you will learn across 6 sessions:
How the nervous system triggers anger responses and why willpower alone does not work
How to recognize the early signals of activation before anger takes over
Practical tools to create space between the trigger and the reaction
How to communicate through conflict without losing yourself or the relationship
How to repair after a rupture without shame or shutdown
How to build a personal regulation practice that goes with you into everyday life
